Steamed Pork Buns recipe on my other site, New Asian Cuisine
I would like to use my new Thermador Grand Pro Steam/Convection oven for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on Tuesday. Do you have a recipe for Chinese steamed pork buns specifically for use in this oven? I have a recipe for Cha Siu Bao that I have made for years but I don’t know how to “take it off the stove!” I would love to steam 24 buns simultaneously in my Thermador steam oven but I don’t know how to convert my old recipe. Help!
