I have to say my Thermador experience has been less than impressive. I bought a house last fall that has a cooktop/convection oven that is about 6 years old. Maybe its the age but the oven cannot, despite servicing, hit the temperature to which it is set. The cooktop’s burners, on low, still manages to boil everything. It has an extra-low setting (turns the burner off and on) which is actually too low.
