Chinese Broccoli Beef Recipe (from my cookbook!) on my other website, New Asian Cuisine.

Broccoli and Beef… is not Chinese. But cool!
First I would like to say that this is a new favorite in our household. I found the recipe on another website and decided to make a double batch (we have a large family, 7 total, not including friends who always drop by when I’m making dinner) But I was wondering how well this dish freezes. My mother is not much of a cook anymore, but she loved this meal and I was hoping I could make some and freeze single serving portions for her so she could have it whenever she was in the mood.
You could freeze it, but the broccoli will turn a little dark in color. Undercook the broccoli so that when she warms it up it won’t be overcooked!
